We are recruiting for a respected training company in Bradford; joining a small but effective customer care and warehouse team, the successful candidate will be effective and provide excellent customer service support to their long-standing customers. This full-time role will offer a hybrid element after a trial training period. key duties will include;
- Processing a wide range of sales orders
- Managing queries from customers and colleagues
- Manage the returns process
- Manage customer complaints and complex enquiries
- Contact couriers to resolve queries from customers
- Provide hands on support to the Warehouse team at peak times and during periods of holiday.
- Source and analyse data using a variety of methods e.g. excel.
This is a varied role that requires support both in the customer service team and on occasion the warehouse. An organised, proactive candidate is essential in this role. The successful candidate will have;
- Exceptional customer service focus - puts the customer at the heart of what they do.
- Personal resilience
- Good administrative skills with working knowledge of MS-Office - experience of other customised IT systems an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - able to analyse data and draw logical conclusions / make recommendations for action.
- Able to use own initiative
- Good team working behaviours alongside the ability to work independently.
