Groundworks Project Manager

Freelance Groundworks Project Manager - Bradford | Long-Term Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Groundworks Project Manager for a long-term, ongoing project based in Bradford.

You will be responsible for managing groundworks operations from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for groundworks packages
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
• Monitor progress, programme, and costs
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and senior management
• Produce site reports and manage project documentation

• Proven experience managing groundworks and civil engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of drainage, foundations, roads, and infrastructure works
• SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level), and First Aid preferred
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently on a freelance basis
