We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join a reputable local contractor based in Keighley, West Yorkshire.

This is a permanent role that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee all commercial aspects of the company's projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractual obligations, negotiating terms, developing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial targets.

You will work closely with project teams and clients to drive commercial success while maintaining strong professional relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial management within the construction/build sector, demonstrating strong negotiation skills, financial acumen, and a comprehensive understanding of the build industry.

Experience as a Commercial Manager within the construction/build industry

Background working with client-led projects

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

Strong commercial and financial acumen

Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Full understanding of relevant health and safety regulations and standards
