Residential Support Worker - Bradford (BD1)
Salary: £27,000 - £28,475 per year (depending on experience)

What You'll Do- Support children in daily routines, learning, and personal development.
- Promote independence, well-being, and positive behaviour.
- Build trusting relationships and work as part of a dedicated care team.
- Maintain a safe, homely environment and accurate records.
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce (or willingness to complete).
- Experience in residential childcare or a similar setting with valuable transferable skills for LD.
- Empathy, reliability, and commitment to consistent care.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins (£55 per night).
- Must be aged 21+ (industry requirement).
- Driving licence (preferred but not essential).
- Competitive salary + £55 sleep-in payments.
- Fully funded Level 3/4 qualification.
- 28 days annual leave.
