Account Manager

• Oversee in-house client accounts to ensure excellent service delivery
• Take comprehensive client briefs and translate them into actionable plans
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients
• Handle procurement and purchasing activities to meet project requirements
• Coordinate with install teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project execution
• Maintain strong client relationships, fostering repeat business and referrals

• Experience in a similar account management role within the design, display, or exhibition industry preferred
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of procurement, purchasing, and logistics processes
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
