We’re on the lookout for a Customer & Sales Operations Planner (internally referred to as a Sales Operations Executive)to join our team — a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves making things happen behind the scenes and keeping everything running smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in making sure our plans land on time, stores stay well-stocked, and customers feel supported every step of the way. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll help deliver a best‑in‑class service by managing forecasting, availability, and merchandising activity — all while spotting opportunities to improve processes and drive sales.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Coordinating all agreed activity across Everyday and Seasonal programmes
- Keeping products available on shelf and meeting customer targets
- Managing replenishment at SKU and store level using Hallmark’s tools
- Maintaining a clear 12–18 month activity plan and sharing accurate forecasts
- Supporting continuous improvement to reduce costs and strengthen the customer model
- Responding to customer queries and building positive relationships
- Coordinating field merchandising activity — forecasting, briefing, and tracking compliance

To be successful we’re looking for you to demonstrate:
- Experience coordinating within a Supply Chain function (FMCG experience is a bonus)
- Strong understanding of business processes and commercial awareness
- Confidence influencing internal and external partners
- Great communication and relationship‑building skills
- Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, collaborative approach and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment
