- Collate and extract data, generate reports, and monitor vendor approvals and expiries.
- Complete in depth operational, maintenance, and component‑related analysis.
- Produce accurate reports and presentations to support performance and commercial decision‑making.
- Identify and monitor engineering trends, highlighting risks or deficiencies through AMOS analysis.
- Ensure all vendor details and approvals are current and accurate.
- Generate, analyse, and present data for use across the organisation.
- Manage departmental dashboards.
- Provide administrative support to the Engineering Purchasing Department.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a time‑critical environment with a flexible, determined, and approachable attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management skills.
