* Key Accountabilities:

*
* * Lead Business Analysis activities on multiplechangeinitiatives, delivering requirements specifications capable of being used to develop IT based services (bespoke software solutions, third party products and cloud-based solutions);
* Translating business needs into specific requirements including UI design;
Data models;
Business procedural changes and Interface designs
* Ensure thorough use of the Requirements Engineering model including elicitation, analysis, validation, documentation and traceability of requirements
* Use the appropriate elicitation techniques such as interviewing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, conducting surveys to capture requirements accurately
* Develop AS-IS and TO-BE business process models using defined standards, and use gap analysis to support delivery of any transition plans needed to reach the target situation
* Manage stakeholder communication at all levels
* Ensure that User Acceptance Testing takes placefor all deliverables and support any associated testing activities
* Support the delivery of suitable solutions which meet business requirements

* Professional qualification in Agile Methodology, ideally Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
