Our partnership with Morrisons is at the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of this key relationship within our Pre‑Packed Fresh Meat (beef, pork and lamb) and Frozen Meats division.
This is a brilliant opportunity to play a central role in the success of one of the UK’s most recognisable retail brands, and to make an impact across a fast‑paced, high‑volume category. The role will be based in Colne, Lancashire, with travel required mainly across the North West.

What you’ll be doing :- Managing and developing the commercial relationship with Morrisons, ensuring strong alignment between their business and ours.
- Supporting delivery of category and volume growth targets, working closely with production and supply teams to keep things running smoothly.
- Leading and supporting new product launches, making sure we bring great quality and innovation to customers.
- Working cross‑functionally with teams in supply chain, operations, NPD and finance to deliver commercial goals.
- Analysing performance and market data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Acting as the key point of contact for buyers, planners and commercial stakeholders within Morrisons.
- Playing your part in ensuring Myton continues to deliver excellent service, value, and quality for every product that reaches the shelves.
- Managing the process for range change to ensure it’s implemented effectively with no disruption to supply.
- Continually developing and improving processes to increase efficiency.
- Maximising the commercial performance of the Myton business.
- Has proven commercial and account management experience, ideally within the meat industry or wider chilled/frozen food manufacturing.
- Understands what great partnership looks like and can represent Myton Food Group confidently with a key customer like Morrisons.
- Is proactive, organised and solutions‑focused, someone who gets stuck in and makes things happen.
- Has a can‑do attitude, goes the extra mile and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
- Has strong numerical and analytical skills, with an eye for opportunities and the confidence to back up decisions with data.
- Is based in the West Yorkshire/Lancashire region, with the flexibility to travel regularly across our North West manufacturing sites.
