Category Development Manager

We’re searching for a Category Account Manager to join a British heritage woven‑textile manufacturer in West Yorkshire. The role blends account management, product development and client liaison within the high‑end fashion sector.

• Salary £50,000

• Experience in textiles; deep knowledge of woven, worsted and cashmere fabrics
• Background in design, textiles, product development or technical fabrics
• Strong client‑service orientation with high‑end brands
• Commercially savvy and comfortable negotiating prices and terms
• Exceptional organisational ability and Excel proficiency
• Awareness of competitors and market trends
• Based in Bradford (or commutable) and willing to travel globally

• Serve as the brand’s face for high‑end clients worldwide
• Protect and elevate British craftsmanship across the supply‑chain
• Collaborate with the Brand Director on fabric choices, colour stories and seasonal direction for iconic fashion houses
• Build and nurture key accounts and high‑profile collaborations
• Ensure accurate order handling, shipping and logistics
