Customer Account Administrator - Data Entry

Start Date: Monday, 9th February 2025

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Pay: £12.61 per hour (paid weekly every Friday)

Contract: Temporary ongoing – initial 8 week contract with large opportunity for extensions.

Location: Bradford, BD3

Role Overview

We’re looking for a conscientious and experienced Data Entry Administrator to join our team in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has been rated as one of the UK’s top 100 businesses to work for, supporting a team that provides essential support to their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Organise and manage electronic files and records
  • Assist with generating reports and extracting data as required
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks related to data management
  • Handle confidential information in line with company policies
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve data discrepancies
  • Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks to meet deadlines
  • Follow established procedures and contribute to process improvements
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work
What we are looking for
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass vetting checks including a basic DBS and credit check
  • Ability to commit fully to an initial short-term contract
Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
