Reliability Engineer – Rotating Equipment

Location:

Bradford, PA - On-site Industrial / Process Manufacturing Environment

We are hiring a Reliability Engineer to support asset performance, equipment reliability, and mechanical integrity at an on-site industrial facility in the Bradford, Pennsylvania area.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on reliability or mechanical engineer who enjoys working close to the equipment, partnering with maintenance and operations teams, and solving recurring equipment issues in a live production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the reliability lead for rotating equipment
    , including pumps, compressors, and turbines
  • Analyze equipment performance data (failure history, vibration, oil analysis) to improve MTBF and uptime
  • Lead or support root cause failure investigations and implement long‑term corrective actions
  • Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
  • Support Management of Change (MOC) and equipment commissioning activities
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to improve asset performance
  • Contribute to mechanical integrity programs, reliability KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of reliability or rotating equipment experience in an industrial or process environment
  • Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines
    , or similar mechanical systems
  • Experience with failure analysis, vibration monitoring, or oil analysis
  • Familiarity with API, ASME, or ANSI standards
  • Comfortable working in an on‑site industrial setting
