Role

Due to the forthcoming retirement of the current jobholder, the Bradford on Avon Holy Trinity, Westwood and Wingfield parishes are seeking an Administrator to manage their Benefice office located in Bradford on Avon. This interesting and varied role has the following key duties and responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the rotas covering all aspects of service delivery and liaising with volunteers to agree their schedules.
• Managing all aspects of the hire of the churches.
• Co-ordinating and printing the Weekly Bulletin for each church.
• Designing and printing marketing materials, posters and announcements.
• Assisting the Rector, Ministry Teams, Director of Music and church wardens as required.

• A committed self-starter capable of working independently to pre-set deadlines and managing competing priorities.
• Well-developed office skills coupled with a proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office are prerequisites.
• An open, warm and flexible persona who, as one of the main points of contact externally, must be welcoming, patient and at ease with people.

• A salary of up to £15,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
• 20 hours per week which can be flexibly arranged with 2 days spent in the Benefice office.
