Logistics & Warehouse Assistant (Part-Time)We are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Assistant (Part-Time) to support daily warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, equipment preparation, administrative tasks, and basic customer service, mainly through Whats App.
This is a great opportunity for students or entry-level candidates who are responsible, energetic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
What You Will Do Warehouse Operations- Receive, organize, and prepare materials, products, and machines.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments (must be able to lift weight).
- Sort and prepare materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Physically verify received products and equipment.
- Support inventory control and updates.
- Perform basic stock follow‑ups and report shortages.
- Assist with periodic physical inventories.
- Support basic coordination for material and equipment replenishment.
- Prepare machines and equipment for use, dispatch, or projects.
- Support general tracking of tools and equipment.
- Report maintenance or replacement needs.
- Organize equipment and materials by project or order.
- Enter information into internal systems and spreadsheets (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
- Organize and file operational documentation.
- Assist with basic reports (inventory, orders).
- Internal communication via Whats App and other channels.
- Provide basic customer service to internal and external clients via Whats App, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Prepare and organize customer orders.
- Perform basic follow‑up on orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Positive attitude, energy, and strong work ethic.
- Self‑initiative and willingness to learn (fast learner).
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Customer service mindset.
- Currently enrolled in or pursuing technical or university studies (logistics, administration, business, or related fields).
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and Whats App.
- Bilingual:
English and Spanish. - Ability to perform physical work and lift weight.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability to work part‑time, on‑site, with a flexible schedule.
