Dumpsters of the Suncoast is searching for an experienced Class A or B CDL Driver to operate our late‑model Kenworth T370, Hino 338, or Kenworth T880 trucks. The role is suitable for full‑time or part‑time schedules and requires independent judgment, strong customer service, and safe driving.

• Deliver redbox+ Roll‑Off Dumpster/Portable Toilet Combo to customer job sites.
• Provide excellent customer service to contractors, customers, and homeowners.
• Maintain productive relationships with project managers.
• Perform safety pre‑trip inspections per DOT guidelines.
• Operate the Docket Driver app on the company tablet for drops, pickups, and disposals.
• Log driver hours as required by DOT guidelines.
• Empty containers at disposal sites and record weight tickets.
• Clean/Service portable toilets and empty the wastewater tank at disposal sites.

• At least 21 years of age and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Current CDL driver’s license (Class A or
  
  B) and access to a driving record review.
• Clean driving record with valid/current CDL.
• At least 2 years of professional driving experience.
• Pass a pre‑employment background check.
• Pass drug tests before and during employment.
• Familiarity with the Manatee, Pinellas, Sarasota, and Hillsborough County roadways and communities.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent relationship skills.
• Outstanding time management skills to meet our “On Time, Every Time” standard.
• Navigate high‑traffic roads, driveways, and tight overhead environments.
• Highly skilled backing and maneuvering when necessary.
• Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions.

$23.00 per hour, with raises/bonuses for safe operation and excellent work.
