Be flexible to adjust rules based on individual park or league rules.

Ensure the safety of all participants during sports events.

Skills:

Desire to officiate baseball, softball, flag football, or other sports games.

Be open and willing to be trained on officiating baseball, softball, flag football, or other sports games.

Experience in officiating preferred but not required.

Strong communication skills to interact with players, coaches, and spectators.

Ability to manage conflicts and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
