The Outside Golf Grounds, Part Time (TEMP), will be responsible for proactive maintenance and operations of the driving range, short game training area, and storage areas.

• Oversee the daily setup and opening of the range, as well as the closing and securing of training facilities at the end of the day.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of all equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Manage the clearing of the range, including the collection of golf balls.
• Treat all students, guests, and staff with exceptional guest services.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
• Other duties as assigned, including staff training.

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of golf course procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Present a positive, professional image.
• Must be self‑motivated and customer‑service oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable and predictable attendance.
• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Follow safety practices and recognize hazards.

• Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required.
• Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 lbs.
• Must be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
• Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, stairs, etc.
• This role is considered essential and may be required to work during weather emergencies or business closures in order to meet operational requirements.
