Overview
Join the Family Resources Inc. team as a Bi-Lingual Case Manager in Bradenton, FL. This full-time, onsite position offers an opportunity to make an impact in the lives of families. You'll be on the front lines, problem-solving and providing essential services to those who need it most. Salary is $23.79/hour with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and a 35-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities- As a Bi-Lingual Case Manager for the CERTAIN program at Family Resources Inc., facilitate Success Workshops in schools and provide ongoing case management services to those referred to the program.
- Collaborate with school personnel to identify youth needs and connect them with essential resources.
- Conduct home visits to assess barriers to school attendance and monitor compliance with truancy court recommendations.
- Make referrals to specialized services and maintain thorough and accurate records.
- Participate in Case Staffing Committee meetings and attend Truancy Court hearings.
- Engage with the community with flexible evening hours; translate services as needed to ensure families receive support.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and at least two years of experience working with youth and families.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to navigate complex issues and build relationships across diverse cultures.
- Respect and acceptance of differences in sexual orientation and gender identity; sound judgment and professionalism; ability to collaborate with management.
- Valid Florida driver’s license, clean driving record, and personal cellular phone.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (speak, read, and write fluently).
- Background compliant with requirements of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
- Demonstrated capacity to provide case management services.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
- Knowledge and acceptance of cultural differences of clients, staff, and community contacts.
