• As a Bi-Lingual Case Manager for the CERTAIN program at Family Resources Inc., facilitate Success Workshops in schools and provide ongoing case management services to those referred to the program.
• Collaborate with school personnel to identify youth needs and connect them with essential resources.
• Conduct home visits to assess barriers to school attendance and monitor compliance with truancy court recommendations.
• Make referrals to specialized services and maintain thorough and accurate records.
• Participate in Case Staffing Committee meetings and attend Truancy Court hearings.
• Engage with the community with flexible evening hours; translate services as needed to ensure families receive support.

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and at least two years of experience working with youth and families.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to navigate complex issues and build relationships across diverse cultures.
• Respect and acceptance of differences in sexual orientation and gender identity; sound judgment and professionalism; ability to collaborate with management.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, clean driving record, and personal cellular phone.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (speak, read, and write fluently).
• Background compliant with requirements of the Department of Juvenile Justice.

• Demonstrated capacity to provide case management services.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
• Knowledge and acceptance of cultural differences of clients, staff, and community contacts.
