Maintenance Electrician - Food & Beverage Manufacturing
Location: Bradenton, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
** Must be able to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift as needed*
* Pay: $39.45 hr. with differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shift.
About the Role
We are seeking a Trades V Technician to support the Electrician team at a leading food and beverage manufacturing facility in Bradenton, FL. This role is hands-on and responsible for planning, installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electrical equipment and systems across the plant.

What You'll Do
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance on plant electrical systems and equipment
- Work with automatic controls, transformers, motor control centers, PLCs, VFDs, and power distribution systems
- Troubleshoot PLCs (RSLogix5 and RSLogix
500) and VFDs using HIM modules, tools, or software - Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Operate bucket trucks and man-lifts as needed
- Use test equipment and manuals to diagnose and repair issues
- Disassemble, repair/replace components, and reassemble units for proper operation
- Support food processing and packaging equipment operations
- Troubleshoot field device networks (Control Net, Device Net, Ethernet)
- Follow prescribed food safety and safety regulations
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation or equivalent training/experience
- Working knowledge of the National Electric Code
- Strong math skills for electrical calculations
- Basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Must be local to Bradenton, FL or willing to relocate
- Willingness to work onsite full time
