• Execute scopes of work for restoration projects.
• Supervise crew members and subcontractors on-site.
• Set up drying equipment, extract water, and ensure job site efficiency.
• Communicate job progress and scope with team members and clients.
• Estimate jobs using Xactimate and manage job files in DASH.
• Be hands‑on and ready to assist wherever needed!

• Proven restoration and sales experience (required).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Full‑time availability, with potential overtime.
