Automotive Sales Associate

JACOBS Motors is a fast growing dealership which is a dynamic leader in the automotive retail industry. We are looking to add qualified Sales Associates to our BRAND NEW LOCATION IN Bradenton. We are a company that has a philosophy of a family atmosphere with a corporate structure. We strive to ensure that our team members have the support they need to succeed.

• Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; explaining warranties and services.
• Prospect daily for potential customers; maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers.
• Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) — A MUST!!
• Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
• Learn to overcome objections; ask for the sale; negotiate price; complete sales or purchase agreement; explain and offer warranties service and finance.
• Provide sales management information by completion reports.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
• Follow all company policies and procedures. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

• Must have the drive and passion to be a successful Sales Associate; high-energy personality; confidence in your ability to be successful.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A desire to work in a commission, performance based environment.
• Excellent customer satisfaction skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Self-starter and self-motivator.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Bi-lingual - A Plus but not mandatory (Spanish, English).
• Experience as an automotive salesman or automotive BDC representative is preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
