&C, division of Avery Products is looking for Sales Representative, Conferences Division to join our Conferences, Events and Hotel sales teams in Bradenton, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company in the live event and hospitality industry. &C is a leading provider of secure wristbands and credentials, specializing in contactless technologies. The company works with globally recognized brands, including ReedPOP, Fan Expo, Complex, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and many more.

What you will do:- Retain and grow a book of business:
Responsible for contacting new and existing customers (Territory – USA). - Process quotes & orders:
Manage inquiries via email, web forms, live chat, and telephone. Manage timely follow-ups and accurate data in our CRM. Mail out samples, provide clear and accurate pricing and product information, send & chase customers for artwork and order deadlines. - Manage Production Timelines with Customers:
Confirm lead times where necessary and inform customers throughout the production process to ensure orders are on time. - Quality Control:
Ensure all sales orders are accurate and approved prior to processing. Collect and chase payments, and check stock levels. - Manage Customer Complaints:
Address delayed orders, quality problems, check courier websites to get an update on delivery and communicate with logistics team where necessary. - Cross-company collaboration:
Work with all areas of our business;
Marketing, Operations, Art & Design, Logistics. Communication skills are vital to success.
