Membership Sales Coordinator

Base Pay Range: $13.00/hr – $15.00/hr

Hours:

10–20 hours per week. Availability: 8 am–12 pm or 5 pm–7:30 pm. Occasional weekend mornings (8 am–12 pm) — 1–2 days/month.

Location:

6745 Manatee Ave West

• Execute sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
• Conduct tours of the facility and establish relationships based on individual goals.
• Maintain personal sales production and meet monthly quotas.
• Promote club objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present available services to current and prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital events).
• Develop selling skills and adhere to training programs.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Follow up on prospective client activities.
• Maintain inventory for retail clothing and other items.
• Take pictures for social media platforms.
• Perform light cleaning of the retail area and studio.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Self‑motivated and takes initiative.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Fluent in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
