Location: Bradenton, FL (serving Manatee and surrounding counties)

As we expand rapidly, we’re looking for ambitious and customer-focused Direct Sales Representatives to join our growing team. • Pay: On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $60,000 to $342,000/year, with an uncapped commission structure starting at 32% and scaling up to 76% for top performers.
• Bonuses and Incentives:
  • Free rent (shared or single) for achieving significant revenue milestones.
  • Luxury Trips: Earn a trip to Mexico for $125,000+ in sales or an elite getaway to Hawaii or Europe for $250,000+ in sales.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who:

• Have proven success in sales, with pest control experience being an advantage.
• Excel in customer service and building strong relationships.
• Are ambitious, goal-oriented, and thrive in competitive environments.
• Are bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
• Have experience in technical sales (preferred but not required).

• Location: Must be able to relocate or commute to Bradenton, FL , and surrounding areas.
• Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
• License: A valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
• Screening: Must pass background and drug screening tests.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
