• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and placing promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified, to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Change prices, perform merchandise setup and maintenance, and ensure inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws (e.g., beverage regulations).
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; move merchandise safely and efficiently, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions; may involve duties like drive-up or carryout.
• Must be able to stay mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
