Seasonal Gift Shop Associate (Part‑Time) – Manatee Ave

Sunshine Ace Hardware is a family‑owned hardware store that has been serving the Bradenton, FL area since 1958. We are looking for a seasonal associate to work from 10/13/25 to 4/10/26. The preferred candidate will be available for the entire season, but we also accept part‑time schedules.

$15.00/hr – $16.00/hr

• Provide legendary customer service to every customer, every time.
• Accurately process customer purchases and returns to keep lines moving.
• Participate in training, online learning and vendor demonstrations to build product knowledge.
• Address customer complaints positively and involve store management when necessary.
• Participate in all sales promotions and campaigns.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and appearance.

• Greet and serve customers in Sunshine Ace Hardware departments.
• Demonstrate legendary customer service and offer friendly advice.
• Guide customers to product locations within the store.
• Maintain your assigned department while assisting other departments as needed.
• Promote best practices, contribute to daily sales, and maintain high standards of department and store appearance.

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Deliver prompt, friendly, attentive customer service.
• Learn on the job and complete web‑based training.
• Exert moderate physical effort (climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling).
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Reach, bend, balance, lift, and transport objects up to 40 lb repeatedly; move heavier objects with assistance.
