Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) s role focuses on delivering an incredible guest experience through strong operations, compelling visual merchandising, and knowledgeable service on the sales floor and in the fitting room. The position includes responsibilities across customer service, merchandise presentation, and backroom operations, with a focus on staying guest-ready and aligned with store standards.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and maintaining knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability by executing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price-change processes and signing execution for promotions/clearance.
• Maintain fitting rooms as a welcoming space for guests and support fulfillment needs by returning merchandise from the fitting room to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of safety, ethical conduct, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws.
• Greet guests, engage to solve their needs, and thank them for shopping with Target.
• Other duties as required by business needs.

• You enjoy interacting with guests and team members and are comfortable in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment.
• Flexible work schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capacity to stay focused and composed while accomplishing multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Willingness to climb ladders and handle merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally, with or without assistance.
• Flexible schedule with reliable attendance; ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions as required by job duties.
