Seasonal Sales Associate – Hardware (Manatee Ave, Bradenton)

Seasonal Employment: 10/13/25 – 4/10/26
Availability for the full season is preferred, but not required.

Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $18.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Our family‑owned business has been serving the local community since 1958. As a Sales Associate, you will greet and serve customers, provide product information, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor. You will also help other departments as needed and contribute to daily sales goals in a flexible, family‑oriented environment.

• Greet and serve customers in Sunshine ACE Hardware departments.
• Demonstrate Sunshine Ace’s legendary customer service.
• Offer friendly advice, guidance, and product information.
• Guide customers to product locations within the store.
• Maintain your assigned department while assisting other departments as needed.
• Work alongside the retail team, promote best practices, contribute to daily sales, and maintain high standards of department and store appearance.

• Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Skilled at providing prompt, friendly, and attentive customer service.
• Willing to learn on the job and complete web‑based training.
• Ability to exert moderate physical effort (climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling).
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift, and transport objects up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift; ability to move heavier objects with assistance.
