Job Summary and Qualifications

We seek a Registered Nurse for our Special Procedures Department to provide expert care in a procedural environment. You will assist physicians, prepare equipment, monitor patients, and administer medications as per physician orders.

• Assess, plan, and evaluate care for invasive radiology patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures.
• Ensure all necessary equipment is available and the room is prepared.
• Monitor and document patient conditions during procedures.
• Administer medications following physician directives.

Requirements

• Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure (active FL RN license within 60 days if holding a compact license).
• Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Critical thinking, communication skills, and PC proficiency.
