Pay: $30.76 to $41.50/hr based on experience |
Shift Differentials: Nights $4.75/hr, Weekends $3.00/hr, National Certification $2/hr |
Sign‑On Bonus: $15K Nights / $10K Days |
Relocation: Up to $5K with approval

ResponsibilitiesAssess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
Administer medications, monitor therapeutic response, and intervene as needed.
Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care for trauma, ortho, and neuro patients.
Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and other physical care needs safely.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and follow‑up care.
Document care accurately and ensure compliance with nursing standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications RequiredRegistered Nurse (RN) with current Florida license or compact state license.
Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN); BSN preferred.
Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (hospital, LTACH, home health, or rehab considered).
Current BLS certification.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
PreferredACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire).
Experience in trauma, ortho, neuro, or high‑acuity Med‑Surg units.
Strong critical thinking, decision‑making, and communication skills.
