Nurse Supervisor, RN, Weekends

We are looking for a qualified RN Weekend Nurse Supervisor besonder at Aviata Health Group. This role focuses on patient & family care, team building, and culture development.

Saturday and Sunday 16‑hour shifts, and one 8‑hour shift for wound care during the week.

• Managing staffing needs and supervising nursing staff for direct resident care to ensure quality care on the assigned unit.
• Assisting in staff development.
• Providing direct resident care in accordance with established plans.
• Supervis Cue Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants.
• Conducting and documenting a complete data collection of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout treatment.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for assigned residents.
• Assisting in recruiting and hiring nursing staff.(history? ignoring)
• Monitoring compliance with resident record documentation requirements.
• Coordinating staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensuring compliance with resident rights policies and working with families and staff to resolve grievances.
• Completing Preceptor Training.
• Providing innovative, responsible healthcare by creating and implementing new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results and build a successful management team.

• Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population; minimum one year of nursing administration experience.
• Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
