Overview

House Supervisor Registered Nurse RN Per Diem Nights at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center.

Responsible for the coordination of services and resources during the evening, night and weekend shifts (and day shift Mon-Fri in the absence of the Director of Clinical Operations) to include staffing, handling unusual situations, disaster scenarios, and supervision and direction on all clinical and administrative issues that must be resolved or initiated during the shift.

• Coordinate staffing and resources during evening, night and weekend shifts (and day shift Mon-Fri in the absence of the Director of Clinical Operations) to manage clinical and administrative issues requiring resolution or initiation during the shift.
• Provide supervision and direction to clinical and administrative staff as assigned.
• Address unusual situations and disaster scenarios as part of shift operations.

• BSN required - Masters preferred.
• BLS (or obtained within 90 days of employment).
• CCRN/CEN desirable or other certification.
• Current and active Florida State RN Licensure.
• ACLS (or obtained within 90 days of employment).
