Performance Marketing Associate

The Paid Marketing Associate is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions. This role manages budgets, analyzes performance, and continuously improves results across paid channels.

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google, Meta, Tik Tok and other relevant digital channels
• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and promotional calendars
• Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimizations to improve ROI and efficiency
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and allocation to ensure effective spend
• Analyze and report on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align messaging, assets, and landing pages
• Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices

• Direct exposure/hands on execution of Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads
• Ability to build campaigns from scratch, test, adjust and report on results
• Basic understanding of key metrics
• Comfortable working with Budgets and pacing
• Strong attention to detail
• Work on site 5 days a week in Bradenton, FL
• Experience with or interest in active footwear and apparel
