The Opportunity

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a Logistics Worker to support the FC (
From Concentrate) Blending team. This role will be on second shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM). This role will be responsible for safely maintaining all juice processing equipment to meet production schedules within established quality standards and operate all juice processing equipment safely to meet production schedules. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Safely maintain all juice processing equipment to meet production schedules within established quality standards.
• Perform quality checks to ensure proper ingredients, labeling, products, and other materials are correctly used during production runs.
• Perform equipment center-lining and clean, inspect and lubricate to ensure that all equipment is running safely and at peak performance and delivering products that meet the quality standards.
• Track and maintain material counts and troubleshoot variances.
• Resolve equipment/system problems as they occur.
• Read and implement juice filling schedules.
• Ensure all area team members maintain assigned areas
• Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies
• Must be located in Bradenton, FL, surrounding area, or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
• Willingness to be onsite at the manufacturing facility on a full-time basis
• Must be able to perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting/moving items weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be able to work second shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM)
• Microsoft Office Programs, Outlook, and SAP preferred
