Position: Technician - ISC - Level 1 (3rd shift)

Job Description
As a ISC Technician Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing tasks and operations pertaining to our Heat Exchanger manufacturing processes and ensuring high-quality production standards. Working with the Department Leads and Supervisor(s) to effectively complete jobs and tasks per our standard methods adhering to all safety requirements.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that all processes meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. You will be required to work on a team, communicate effectively, and be able to follow basic and more complex instructions.
This position requires training on 1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm) for an initial training period. Upon successful completion of training, you will transition to 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:00am)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct manufacturing processes according to established procedures and standards
  • Ensure all processes meet quality standards and specifications
  • Comply with all safety standards, regulations, and guidelines
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate manufacturing processes
  • Maintain manufacturing equipment and ensure proper safety procedures are followed
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined space, and lift up to 30lbs

Sign-On Bonus & Incentive Compensation
This position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, payable in accordance with company policy. In addition, employees in this role are eligible to earn production-based incentive compensation of up to 4% of their annual base salary, based on individual performance and established productivity metrics.
Eligibility requirements and payment timing for the sign-on bonus and incentive compensation are subject to company guidelines and may vary.
