Overview
We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Aluminum Door Fabricator to join our team. This is a full-time position with a steady weekday schedule and weekends off. The ideal candidate has experience in fabrication, is comfortable using power tools, and understands safety and quality standards.
Position Details- Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week (No overtime, weekends off).
- Fabrication & Assembly: Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings. Measure, cut, drill, and assemble aluminum components. Operate saws, drills, punches, and routers efficiently and safely. Ensure proper fit and alignment of door parts.
- Painting: Prepare aluminum and cardboard surfaces with adhesive glue. Operate and maintain spray painting equipment.
- General Duties: Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Follow all company safety protocols and procedures. Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
- Experience with industrial painting processes (preferred).
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments (e.g., tape measure, calipers).
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently, stand for long periods, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening (as required by state law).
- Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off
