Collaborate with vendors for high-quality, cost-effective, and responsibly sourced products.
- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to coach and motivate diverse teams while maintaining a positive, professional tone.
- Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control experience.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility to relocate to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home, as needed.
- Serve Safe certification and successful completion of company management certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
; additional culinary or management training is a plus. - Must have valid Driver's License
.
