Marketing Professional and Business Owner

The Integrator / General Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of Blue Collar Roofing, turning the Visionary’s ideas into executable plans and measurable results. This role owns execution, accountability, and cross-departmental alignment while ensuring the company operates in full alignment with EOS.

The Integrator is the glue of the organization — driving clarity, eliminating friction, and ensuring the Leadership Team is healthy, accountable, and rowing in the same direction.

This role reports directly to the Visionary (Owner) and has full authority over operations, people, and process.

Key Accountabilities (EOS)
  • Lead, Manage & Hold Accountable (LMA)

    • Lead the Leadership Team using EOS tools and disciplines
    • Ensure every leader:
      Have the capacity to do it
    • Maintain clear accountability using the Accountability Chart
    • Address people issues swiftly and directly (Right Person / Right Seat)
  • Drive Execution & Results

    • Own the EOS Scorecard and ensure weekly numbers are accurate and meaningful
    • Ensure Rocks (company and departmental) are set, tracked, and completed each quarter
    • Run effective weekly Level 10 Meetings (or ensure they are being run properly)
    • Identify, prioritize, and solve Issues using the IDS process
  • Operational Excellence

    • Oversee all daily operations including:
      Marketing execution (not strategy)
    • Finance & cash flow oversight
    • Ensure processes are documented, followed, simplified, and improved
    • Eliminate bottlenecks and increase efficiency across departments
  • Financial & Performance Management

    • Work closely with finance/bookkeeping to:
      Monitor cash flow, margins, and profitability
    • Enforce budgets and manage expenses
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
    • Translate financial data into actionable decisions for the leadership team
    • Ensure the company hits quarterly and annual revenue, margin, and production goals

    Qualifications
    • Proven experience as an Integrator, General Manager, or Operations Leader
    • Strong understanding of EOS / Traction (hands‑on experience required)
    • Construction, roofing, or trades industry experience preferred
    • Financial acumen with P&L responsibility
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
    • Comfortable holding people accountable while building trust
