We are currently seeking a highly motivated senior living sales professional for our full time Sales Director position. Job Summary

In conjunction with the direct supervisor and the Regional Director of Sales, you will ensure that the benchmarks for the sales team are achieved; communicate challenges from the sales team to management and hold the team accountable to daily sales activity. You will plan, implement and evaluate results to meet or exceed the community’s budgeted occupancy.

Essential Job Functions
  • Supervise staff, including interviewing, selection, training, motivation, performance appraisal, and managing policies to achieve departmental goals.
  • Plan and operate the department, implementing cost‑control measures and meeting annual budget goals.
  • Direct sales activities, ensuring team members support and meet the Sales Excellence Initiative program.
  • Maximize potential occupancy for the community or target market.
  • Establish sales goals and strategies for the team; oversee overall performance against sales quota.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain a sales‑centered culture.
  • Provide backup education and training on conducting tours and gathering appropriate information.
  • Conduct daily development/review meetings with the sales team.
  • Complete same‑day follow‑up thank‑you calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain REPS documentation.
  • Submit monthly REPS Sales Report to the Executive Director and Regional VP by the 3rd of the following month.
Sales Benchmarks
  • 3 sales per month
  • Meet minimum required outbound calls made per day to database
  • Inquiry‑to‑Visit Ratio – 50% minimum
  • Visit‑to‑Deposit Ratio – 20% minimum
  • Deposit‑to‑Close Ratio – 15% minimum
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
  • Experience: 5 years Senior Living Sales (Required)
  • Preferred: Experience in a CCRC setting;
    Regional sales experience
