Overview

Troon is the world’s largest third-party golf management company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Troon also manages homeowners associations, tennis and other recreation facilities, food and beverage outlets, and other hospitality venues across a global portfolio of owned, leased, and managed properties.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join a well-established legal team within a global organization. In this role, you will serve a vital role and gain broad exposure to the company’s operations while supporting the legal team.

This position is based in-office at either Troon’s Scottsdale headquarters or Bradenton satellite office and reports to Troon’s Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with members of the legal department to support day-to-day legal operations and initiatives.
  • Draft, review and revise legal documents and contracts for Troon’s facilities and affiliated entities
  • Assist in delivering timely, high-quality legal and business guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with business partners, facilities, and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple matters and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to legal projects and initiatives that support organizational growth and operations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of paralegal experience, including transactional, commercial, regulatory, or litigation experience in an established law firm or corporation.
  • Bachelor’s degree (business-related preferred); paralegal certification is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to review and/or draft legal documents
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills, including proficiency with Westlaw.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong follow-through.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related business productivity tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience working with HOAs is preferred.
