Job SummaryAcrisure is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team in Bradenton, Florida. This role delivers advanced analytics, reporting, and data insights that empower decision‑making across the enterprise. The Sr. BI Analyst partners closely with business leaders to model data, design dashboards, improve data quality, and translate complex information into actionable intelligence that improves operational efficiency and strategic performance.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise‑level dashboards, models, and reporting assets using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across financial, operational, and strategic datasets.
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through statistical techniques, data modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with data engineering and business stakeholders to improve data architecture, pipelines, and governance.
- Serve as a trusted partner to business units by translating analytical findings into recommendations and executive‑ready presentations.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, validation, and documentation across all reporting outputs.
- Support automation of manual reporting processes to enable scale, speed, and reliability.
- Contribute to BI roadmap initiatives, tool adoption, and analytics best practices across the organization.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related analytical roles.
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL.
- Strong experience with data modeling, DAX or similar languages, and quantitative analysis.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth, or highly matrixed environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and requirements‑gathering skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field required.
- Advanced degree or analytics certifications preferred.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology organizations preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
