* Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL.
* Strong experience with data modeling, DAX or similar languages, and quantitative analysis.
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non‐technical audiences.
* Experience working in fast‐paced, high‐growth, or highly matrixed environments.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and requirements‐gathering skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field required.
* Advanced degree or analytics certifications preferred.
* Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology organizations preferred.
