Overview
The Technical Implementation Consultant supports internal teams and clients within the Prime Pay ecosystem. This role requires expertise in SQL database operations and a comprehensive understanding of the HCM domain. Responsibilities include designing complex queries, optimizing database performance, and resolving issues related to HR, benefits, and payroll SaaS solutions.
Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and select appropriate report writing tools based on business requirements
- Document custom queries, configurations, and best practices within report writing tools
- Formulate and write custom queries to extract targeted data sets, addressing unique business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope integration requirements and understand data exchange needs
- Implement CSV file-based integrations and evaluate feasibility of using Workato for system integrations
- Utilize Workato's features to create and configure integrations, staying updated on emerging technologies
- Facilitate meetings to analyze client’s technical requirements on complex reporting and workflow solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert on Prime Pay, providing training and support on enhanced processes
- Work directly with clients to understand project needs and goals from a technical solution standpoint
- Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Proven experience in building and implementing SaaS solutions in the HCM space
- Ability to understand and interpret HCM business requirements
- Proficient in reading, writing, and executing SQL queries
- Advanced knowledge of report writing concepts and tools
- Experience working with clients to determine query and report building requirements
- Advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of implementation methodologies for SaaS and software configuration
- Knowledge of REST APIs and experience with tools like Postman, Mulesoft, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable with ticket systems like Salesforce, Inspire Planner, etc.

- Manage competing priorities successfully
- Experience with ETL tools is a plus
- A competitive salary in the $85,000–$105,000 range based on experience
