$60,000–$70,000/year + benefits

Overview of the HR Generalist role:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting a range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. This role requires a hands-on, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems while supporting employees and leadership alike.

Key responsibilities for the HR Generalist include:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Assist with performance review cycles and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with state and federal regulations
  • Support benefits administration and open enrollment
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Help foster a positive and productive work culture

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or related HR role
  • Must be comfortable with benefits, understands Health Insurance, and knows how to conduct investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
