ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Housekeeperis responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of assigned apartments,commonareasand health center as applicable.

• Performs generalhousekeepingdutiesinapartments,suchas:vacuuming, cleaningbathroomsand kitchens,and dustingof all clearedflatsurfaces.
• Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways andcommon areas as directed by supervisor.
• Accomplishes all workin theorderof prioritysetbysupervisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position required
• Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write, comprehend and communicate simple instructions, correspondence, memos, etc.
