Per‑diem role. Provide home‑based speech‑language therapy to adult and geriatric clients on a per‑visit basis.

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and continually revise a treatment plan based on evaluations, physician orders and recommended goals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care plans with BAYADA clinicians when appropriate.
• Educate and instruct patients, family members or other representatives about rehabilitative care and activities to promote health, safety and independent living.
• Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet.

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in FL.
• Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) or equivalent educational and experience credentials, with intent to obtain ASHA certification.
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred.
• Clearance through the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse.
