Responsibilities

JOB TITLE:

Housekeeper Part Time 7 AM TO 330 PM

JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible for providing housekeeping services to provide a sparkling clean, hygienic and safe environment that is patient and family centered.

• Routinely cleans patient’s rooms in a timely manner after discharge of patients
• May clean nursing units, surgical areas, offices, laboratory areas, waiting areas, public restrooms and other areas as assigned
• Responsible for providing linen services throughout the facility
• Monitors the facility with a critical eye to catch those items that need cleaning and attention
• Uses cleaning supplies and equipment as regulated to provide a safe cleaning environment
• Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Education

High School Graduate or GED preferred

Experience
:
Prior EVS work experience preferred

Minimum Age
: 18 years of age

Work Conditions
:
Must be able to work with cleaning supplies in a safe manner

Able to multi task with safety practices

Must have basic computer skills to enter patient room turnover
