Base Pay

• $18/hour starting pay for experienced HHAs & CNAs
• Pay increases based on experience, ability, and availability

Ways to Earn More

• Weekend Differential: +$2/hour → Earn $20/hour on weekends
• Monthly Performance Bonuses: earn even more per hour

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Background Screening Requirement:

• Ability to provide work references
• Florida CNA license or HHA training (or ability to pass HHA test)
• CPR certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and dependable vehicle
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
