Max Health in Lakewood Ranch is looking to hire a full‑time Front Office Representative to assist with check‑in and check‑out functions, collect co‑payments, schedule patients, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service overall. Location: Palmbrush Trail, Lakewood Ranch
Starting Salary: $17.00 an hour.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm

As a Front Desk Representative, you are directly involved in ensuring that we always deliver focused and empathetic patient care. You greet patients warmly upon arrival with compassion, schedule appointments, assist patients with any necessary forms or paperwork, and maintain confidentiality throughout daily tasks.
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and facility software systems required. EMR/EHR experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
