We are hiring licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) in Florida to provide hands‑on therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This opportunity is focused on outpatient care within senior living communities

- Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with regaining skills related to daily living, mobility, and fine motor function
- Track and document resident progress and report changes to the OT
- Educate residents and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies
- Communicate with the care team to ensure coordinated, goal‑driven care
- Maintain documentation in compliance with Florida state and federal guidelines
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
- Senior living or similar experience preferred
- Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers
- CPR certification (as required by facility or state regulations)
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
- Compassionate, resident‑focused, and collaborative mindset
